Hi Love, I'm Jennie

I'm a certified breathwork coach, trauma-informed psychedelic integration guide, retreat facilitator, and mama of two beautiful souls, Addison and Aaron (plus our rescue pup Lukas Lee, who found us in Costa Rica).

Before I stepped into the world of healing and transformation, I spent over 20 years building a successful career in FinTech, and startups—including working at top firms like Gartner. I climbed the corporate ladder, managed high-level teams, and achieved the kind of “success” society celebrates—but deep down, I knew something was missing. My awakening began after divorcing the father of my children and making the powerful decision to begin my healing journey. But my story goes back even further—to an arranged marriage at the age of 19, influenced by my upbringing and the control I experienced from my father. That experience, along with years in a toxic relationship, disconnected me from my truth.

Eventually, I reached a breaking point—and then a breakthrough. I left behind the corporate world and the old versions of myself that no longer served me. I became yoga certified, reiki certified, a trauma-informed breathwork coach and facilitator, and a psychedelic integration coach. I completed Ironmans, sat in over 20 sacred plant medicine ceremonies, and did the deep inner work to reclaim my power. In 2020, I moved to Costa Rica with my kids during the pandemic. It was there—surrounded by ocean, jungle, and community—that I truly came home to myself. That chapter changed my life and gave birth to the wellness business I run today.

Now, I blend my spiritual gifts with grounded leadership to guide others through transformation—offering private coaching, retreats, workshops, and online programs. My mission is to help you release what no longer serves, reconnect to your soul, and step fully into your purpose in this lifetime.

When I’m not holding space for healing, I’m lifting weights, hiking, surfing, traveling, or soaking up sacred time with Addison, Aaron, and Lukas Lee. Life is meant to be lived deeply, fully, and unapologetically—and I’m here to help you breathe your way back to that truth.
